Ryndell Montgomery

Founder, President, CEO

As founder of Inspire Senior Marketing, Ryndell serves as its President & CEO. In 2015, she recognized the need for a specialized agency devoted exclusively to the senior living industry and dedicated herself to creating it. Her goal has remained the same — to provide full-service strategic marketing and creative advertising solutions for those in the senior living industry regardless of situation, need or budget. She is responsible for the oversight and execution of all communications tactics, acquiring and maintaining key marketing partnerships, creating and implementing strategic marketing programs including community outreach, sales consultation and overall brand management. With more than 30 years of experience in the senior living industry with every type of community in every phase of marketing, Ryndell brings her vast knowledge, proven success and authentic leadership to each of Inspire’s partnerships.

We believe in rolling up our sleeves and getting our hands dirty. We make sure we know our clients and their businesses well — allowing us to be a proactive partner in their success. Our job doesn’t end when the strategy, brochure or direct mail piece is delivered. We share a responsibility for how the execution performs and what results it produces. Our focus is not only on the day-to-day but also on the 30,000-foot view.

Tori Mallad

Vice President

Tori is a seasoned and results-oriented leader with over 30 years of expertise in sales, strategic planning, advertising, communications and public relations — exclusively within the senior living industry. With a strong track record of generating leads and driving sales performance for both start-up and operational communities, she has successfully developed and implemented comprehensive strategic marketing plans, led high-performing sales teams and consistently delivered measurable results in achieving occupancy goals. Her diverse background includes agency, client and corporate roles with high-profile CCRCs in major metro areas and campus systems with multiple care offerings, making her a valuable partner in driving business success.

Jen Anderson

Jen Anderson

Director of Operations

Jen has three decades of advertising and marketing communications experience, spending the majority of that time working exclusively with senior living communities and providers. In her current role, Jen officially serves as Inspire’s Director of Operations, but strategic planning is her passion and where she puts most of her energy and focus. Jen has extensive experience leading marketing efforts for non-profit CCRCs in all stages of development and operation across the U.S., including The Clare at Water Tower, The Barrington of Carmel, RiverWoods and The Admiral at the Lake.

Summer Evans

Account Director

With more than 20 years of industry experience, Summer has served as account lead for both client service and public relations. Through her work with communities including Redstone Village, The Spires at Berry College, The Woodlands at Furman and Santa Marta, she has shown a knack for detail, the ability to shift gears at any given moment and steadfast responsiveness. Summer has played an integral role in the development and implementation of all aspects of senior living marketing and communications, both for healthy communities and those facing distress. Her background also includes broad marketing, public relations and communications knowledge garnered through previous positions in government, university and not-for-profit sectors.

Lindsay Perrey

Account Director

With more than 20 years’ experience as a client service lead and brand ambassador in the marketing and advertising industry, Lindsay is deeply committed to building authentic partnerships and delivering thoughtful, strategic guidance, creative ideas and best-practice solutions to help her clients achieve meaningful outcomes. She excels in managing multiple priorities, while ensuring continuity across her team and her clients’ teams — bringing her strengths to both Life Plan (CCRCs) and rental communities offering independent living, assisted living and memory care. Whether a community needs construction, operational or rebranding efforts, Lindsay plays a crucial role in crafting marketing strategies to maintain occupancy and address challenges like new ownership or market difficulties.

Renee Risley

Account Director

With 15 years of expertise in the senior living sector, Renee has served as account lead for a variety of communities, from Life Plan (CCRCs) offering a full continuum of care to rental communities offering independent living, assisted living and memory care. She has experience with all phases of senior living marketing — construction, operation and even rebranding efforts — at communities throughout the country, including Friendship Village of South Hills, Westminster Village, Edgehill and The Terraces at Bonita Springs. Using her keen eye for detail, flexibility to change directions at any time and consistent attentiveness, Renee brings valuable knowledge to both thriving communities tasked with maintaining occupancy and struggling communities dealing with new ownership, a poor reputation or market difficulties.

Maggie Goldsborough

Creative Director

Maggie serves as the creative team lead for Inspire, in addition to being its most seasoned art director. She began her career as a graphic designer before moving into an art director role where she worked exclusively with senior living communities. Throughout her 20 years of experience in the industry, Maggie has brought impressive creativity and innovation to countless non-profit CCRCs across all phases of marketing, including blue-sky and redevelopments. Her greatest strengths include approaching each community with a distinct creative vision and creating a strategic visual representation of its unique traits. Beyond the senior living category, her past clients include Children’s Mercy Hospital, Redivus Health and LifeFlight Eagle.

Chad Smith

Digital Director

Chad is a Google-certified digital marketer with 30 years of online digital marketing experience — and has worked with senior living clients for over 20 of those years. He leads Inspire’s digital marketing team, overseeing all aspects of successful search engine marketing with his unprecedented digital knowledge and infectious passion for all things digital. His ability to implement key strategies in the ever-evolving online environment is critical to achieving measurable results. Prior to joining Inspire, Chad served as COO of Turn the Page Online Marketing for six years. In addition to senior living community clients, he has also worked with a wide variety of B2B clients, including General Electric, Lockheed Martin, Blue Cross & Blue Shield and 24 Hour Fitness.

Social Media Director

Colleen’s extensive background includes directing and implementing digital marketing and social media strategy for the past 15 years, ten of which have been focused on the senior living industry. In that time, she has developed impactful and engaging plans as well as editorial content for numerous new and growing communities. As a results-driven digital and social media marketer, Colleen understands how to cohesively utilize various social platforms and determine which are the best fit for a business’s industry and audience, as well as how to get the most out of each vehicle. Her previous work with healthcare and local business clients also contributes to her strong lead-generation-focused planning and execution.

Marie Taylor

Marie Taylor

Media Director

Marie has 16 years of media planning and buying experience in the senior living industry and directs media strategy for all Inspire clients. She has an extensive background working with communities across the full spectrum of senior living, coast to coast. Her print, digital, outdoor and broadcast media planning and buying is tailored to the target audience and specific market — and she’s especially adept at media research and contract negotiation. Prior to her experience in senior living, Marie worked at high-profile agencies Bernstein-Rein Advertising and Barkley on accounts such as PetSmart, Blue Bunny, Build-A-Bear, Kansas Lottery and First National Bank.

Inspire has been instrumental in boosting our occupancy rates through targeted strategies and consistent support.
